I fall into the ‘at risk’ category or have been advised that I need to get the flu jab – what do I do?

If you are aged over 70, pregnant or if you would normally be advised by the ROI/UK health authorities to have the flu vaccine on medical grounds, you should stay at home and discuss with your line manager if you are able to continue working from home. If you cannot work from home, the Bank will continue to pay you in full, as normal. The Bank has committed to this for six months (from 22 March 2020) and will continue to keep it under review as the situation develops globally.
